• The History of Coffee - A slide show presentation that walks you through this history of coffee from its beginning in Ethiopia.

• Cupping Sessions - Design your own coffee blended to your exact specifications. At Ferris we will work with you to blend different coffees until we arrive at the perfect aroma and taste to suit your requirements. We roast small batches and then brew a cup or two for you to taste. We continue this process until we help you find the perfect cup of coffee. We then keep records of your own special blend for future orders.

• Espresso 101 - Includes an Espresso 101 Video plus a question & answer period; an overview of the Basics of Espresso & Espresso Equipment from the grinding process to extracting the perfect shot of espresso and frothing milk; as well as complete Barista Training encompassing customer service techniques, manufacturing drinks and proper cleaning & maintenance procedures.
